As of 2025, FINRA has not announced any new revisions or policy changes specific to the Series 24 – General Securities Principal Exam. The exam continues to assess candidates on their ability to supervise all areas of a member’s investment banking and securities business, such as underwriting, trading, market making, advertising, and compliance with financial responsibilities.
